If you create your own banner ad you can avoid the development
charge. Your banner ad should meet the size requirements
listed for the 'block' or 'skyscraper'
banners.
We reserve the right to disallow ads that do not preserve
the graphical integrity of our website. In adherence
to user policies in place at Dnet, ads must be rated
"for the whole family."
